The second time, I had Coca-Cola and after 5 minutes I scored it a 2/10 for burning.
The third time, I had milk and after 5 minutes I scored it a 6/10 for burning.
Discussion.
I though that the milk would help because everyone says it helps but It made it worse for me. The coke was the best because it was flat and it tasted yummy even with the burning.
Why does chilli burn your mouth?
In chilli and hot sauce there is a chemical called capsacin which sticks to your tounge and triggers the temperature sensitive pain receptors in your mouth and it doesn't go away untill you wash it out.
Why did the milk reduce the burn?
It didn't help for me it made it lots worse.
